We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that the product you purchased this year is faulty, we will happily replace it during the current Christmas season.

- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- The current Christmas Season is considered to be within 90 days from date of purchase.
- If the product is unavailable, you can choose an alternative product of the same or lesser value, or use the value of the replacement against the purchase of a more expensive item, or choose a refund.
- You must notify us immediately of any fault. A prolonged delay may limit the resolution and the product may not qualify for exchange or refund, or may qualify for a partial solution.
- Items that have been used or damaged whilst being used in an unreasonable way, or have been damaged whilst being packed down may not qualify for exchange or refund.
