The alpine tundra is almost always associated with mountains, and the alpine climate is snowy and cold. Trees that live there are subjected to wintry blizzards and dry frosty air, but those that survive form a forest canopy that's majestic and grand.
We've created our Heavily Flocked Alpine with Pine Cones to resemble those hearty trees in the dead of winter. It's more than 7 1/2 feet in height, with branches that are plush with long dense needles. A thick coating of fire resistant flocking gives the appearance of newly fallen snow and adds to the brilliant display this tree makes, and pine cones tucked within the branches enhance the realism. Remove the tree from the box and adjust the hinged branches until you've achieved the desired fullness.
